The well-being of our staff is equally as important as that of our children, parents and carers. The governors and senior leadership team ensure staff mental health and well-being is supported to ensure staff can fulfill their role to the best of their ability.

Action for Happiness – helps people take action for a happier and kinder world
Star Bereavement – work proactively to support children, young people and their families when someone important has died, guiding them in their journey through grief and helping them to develop the necessary tools to be able to move forward in their lives.
Winston’s Wish – the UK’s childhood bereavement charity. We support children and their families after the death of a parent or sibling. (08088 020 021)
Anna Freud – work in collaboration with children and young people, their families and communities and mental health professionals to transform children and families’ mental health. (020 7794 2313)
