Hello Tigers and Lions,
We hope that you enjoyed yesterday’s activities. On the front of your folder is either a yellow, blue or red sticker. Please complete the activity with your grown up that matches the colour on your folder.
Remember to share your reading book or another story every day.
If you have a phonics folder, read them daily.
English – In your workbook
Red – Think back to the work we have done around sweets. Design and label your very own Easter egg. Write an advert and think about using adjectives including alliteration. How can you persuade someone to buy it?
Blue – As Red with some adult support. Think about your punctuation and handwriting!
Yellow – Design and label your own Easter egg. Write adjectives to describe it.
Maths – In your workbook
Red – Can you find ¼ of these amounts? 4, 20, 16, 24, 32, 8, 36, 48, 60
Can you find 2/4 of the same numbers? How about ¾?
Blue – Can you find ¼ of these amounts? 4, 20, 16, 24, 32, 8, 36
Can you find 2/4 of the same numbers? How about ¾?
Yellow – Can you find ¼ of these numbers? 8, 4, 16, 20. Think about how many groups you need to share into.
Geography – all groups – go for a short walk and make a map of your journey. What landmarks do you pass? Eg churches, shops, petrol station, etc.
