Home Learning – 3.4.20

Friday 3rd April 2020

Hello Crocodiles,

I hope you enjoyed being astronauts.

Crocodile Parents- Please take a look at the post regarding Online Links to help you further with home learning and don’t forget to share books daily. You are doing a fantastic job at a difficult time.

Expressive Arts and Design

Can your child build a rocket out of any Lego/ toys/ materials you may have at home?

Maths

Can your child practice their 1:1 counting skills by giving teddy the correct number of Easter eggs on the link below? The game can be played on a tablet or computer.

Does your child recognise each number?

Can they count one egg at a time?

We now have a class email address for you and your grown-ups to send us pictures of work you have been doing. You could email us a letter or send a photograph of you doing your home learning challenges too. We are missing seeing you at school and look forward to seeing what you have been doing.

We are not sending any more worksheets home for children to do other than what was in their home learning pack. Please use this email if you have any questions about the home learning we have set on the school website. You may not get an immediate response as teachers are still working in school and at home. Any other queries must go to the head teacher email. Thank you.

Our class email is

As we would have been finishing for the Easter holidays, today we will not be setting daily home learning challenges for the next two weeks. On Monday 6th April and Monday 13th April, we will set some challenges that you could do over the school holidays. Our daily home learning challenges will begin on 20th April unless school is back fully open. Thank you for your support and encouraging your children to learn at home during these uncertain times.

Take care and stay safe from Miss Crossley
