Good morning Kangaroos and Giraffes,
Phonics
Today we are looking at the letter group ‘ee’, as in eel and ‘ea’ as in eat.
Have a go at reading these sentences:
- Three of us went to the beach to eat tea by the sea.
- We were hidden in a heap of leaves next to a tree and they did not see us.
In your workbooks copy the sentence neatly, then, underline the ‘ee’ and ‘ea’ words.
Can you think of any more ‘oa’ words? Can you put those into a sentence?

Can you then create a fact sheet about snakes using the facts you have found out.
Why not have a go at making a snake like the one below.

Today we are looking at something called an array. I have added a picture grown-ups so you can see what an array is.
(We are looking at the repeated addition bit not the multiplication just now)
We would like you to have a go at drawing your own array for the following numbers:
6
8
12
15
Can they be done in different ways?
PE
Can you complete the daily mile today? This could be on a bike, walking or on a scooter. It is so important that we exercise, it helps keep our brain working.
DT
Don’t forget to add things to your rainforest today! Have you got animals in it? Make sure there is a snake!
Have a lovely day.
