Hello Crocodiles,
Myself, Mrs Morgan and Mrs Abson are missing you all and hope you are staying safe at home!
Here are today’s home learning tasks:
Maths–
Can you remember which number we learnt about last week? His name was Octoblock. Why was he called Octoblock? Can you think anything else that has eight legs/sides?
We will be learning about the number one more than eight this week, number nine!
Can you watch the numberblocks episode below and talk about what happens with a grown up? https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b08phbzc/numberblocks-series-2-nine
Can you count this number on your fingers? Can you count out this number of toys/food/teddies in your house?
Expressive Arts and Design–
Can you pretend to fly to the moon? Ask a grown up to help you find anything you could use for a helmet, boots, and a rocket. Count down from 10 & turn off the lights/close the curtains and imagine you are in space. What can you see?
Parents/Carers- Let your children role-play out their ideas.
Have fun being astronauts!
